We are so excited to announce the launch of our new Online Coffee & Chat meetings for Parents and Carers across all 12 districts of Kent!

We know that being a parent or carer can sometimes feel overwhelming, and that having a safe space to talk to people who understand can make all the difference. Our goal has been to create supportive and inclusive spaces where parents and carers can come together to connect, talk openly, share lived experiences, and support one another through shared advice and understanding.

Our Coffee & Chat sessions are a relaxed, friendly and inclusive opportunity to:

Grab a cuppa and take some time for yourself

Connect with other parents and carers

Share experiences and learn from others

Talk openly in a safe, supportive space

Share advice, information and ideas

Build connections and remind each other that you’re not alone
