Kent PACT is pleased to be hosting a webinar with We Are Beams, a Kent-based charity that supports disabled children, young people and their families. We Are Beams offers a wide range of support including family advice, short breaks, social and leisure opportunities, and practical help to support wellbeing, independence and inclusion. This webinar will give families the chance to learn more about who We Are Beams are, the services they provide, and how they can support families at different stages of their journey.
