My name is Amanda.
I have a daughter who was born in 2009 and a son born in 2011. My career so far has been in the early years sector, where I have had plenty of experience of working with parents and navigating the SEND system. I have a real passion for ensuring all children can access the best possible care, experiences and opportunities.
As a parent myself navigating the SEND journey, I fully understand all the challenges and emotions involved, and I know how important it is to find the right support and not feel isolated.
I am so excited about listening to parents and helping to shape a positive future. I am looking forward to meeting the parents and carers in North and West Kent and working with you all.
